Alessandro Dionisi was born in 1985 in Brescia. He obtained Laurea degree with honors in Electronic Engineering for Automation at the University of Brescia in 2011. In 2015 he received his Ph.D in “Technology for Health” from the University of Brescia, at the Department of Information, with the thesis “Autonomous wearable system for vital signs measurement with energy harvesting module”. During the Ph.D period, he has been Visiting Researcher at the Institut des Systèmes Intelligents et de Robotique in Paris, France.
Dr. Dionisi is currently a Researcher Post-Doc at the University of Brescia, “Sensor Lab”. He works on the design and the implementation of a new electronic nose, S3, based on nanowire sensors.
His research interests lie in the fields of electronic instrumentation, sensors, electronic design, wireless transmissions and firmware development.
