I graduated in Agro-Food Technology at University of Palermo (2019). Master's degree in Food Safety and Control at University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (2021). Master thesis about the analysis of Espresso Coffee Aroma by static headspace GC-MS (gas-chromatography and mass spectrometry), sensory flavor profile and the new technology: “Small Sensor Systems (S3)”, an innovative tool equipped by Nasys s.r.l with mox gas sensors. During my internship I had the possibility to develop deep competences about several laboratory techniques as microbiological, chemical (Gas-chromatography and Mass Spectrometry; colorimetric) analysis and chemical sensor technology.
I have been working for Nasys since 2021. Currently, my main job concerns the projects management, customer care, sensor calibration on the specific application according the clients’ need.
